cancellation policy
​We have a strict cancellation policy which helps to ensure ongoing viability of our business.

We know that the unforeseen can sometimes crop up in life, but we do ask that you give as much notice of any cancellations as possible to give us the opportunity to fill your appointment time. Our business is how we support and meet the needs of our family and our clients, therefore it is important that we maintain our booking levels.
As such, our cancellation policy is as follows:

Your booking cannot be changed via the link in your confirmation email within 48 hours of your appointment.

We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations (including rescheduling), or 50% of the appointment cost will be charged.

Missed appointments, where no notice is given, will result in 100% of the appointment cost being charged.

If we are able to fill cancelled appointments, we will not charge a cancellation fee.
